With perfect weather on the horizon, COYA Muscat is poised to elevate weekend dining experiences for both foodies and outdoor enthusiasts. Located within The St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort, the restaurant promises a culinary escape that combines delectable cuisine with a celebratory atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for outdoor dining and relaxation.

Every detail at COYA Muscat is designed to enhance the experience: from the appetising sharing plates to the stunning outdoor seating that invites guests to connect with nature while enjoying their meal.  

As the brunch unfolds from 12 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., a live DJ sets the tone, infusing the air with infectious beats that elevate the celebratory vibe. This is designed to enhance the vibrant atmosphere, encouraging guests to relax, socialise, and immerse themselves in the experience. The weekend schedule at COYA includes the vibrant Friday brunch (RO 35) – from 12 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. – featuring a delightful 4-course sharing menu, a live DJ set from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. and the option of an ‘After Brunch’ (RO 18) package at the pool lounge from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. A special kids’ menu is also available on request for just RO 7 (6-12 years).

On Saturdays, the culinary journey continues with an à la carte lunch menu available from 12 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., featuring signature offerings such as Guacamole, Ceviches, and Arroz Nikkei.

COYA Muscat, which had its grand opening in October, boasts a stunning design inspired by Peru and includes a stylish outdoor seating area, perfect for weekend gatherings.
